Your Role
* Provide outstanding customer service, generate sales and support the management team
* Re-screen windows and doors
* Cut glass, plexiglass and PVC pipe to customers' expectations
* Key cutting according to customers' requests
* Respond to customers' questions by providing knowledgeable information about the store and its services and products requirements
About You
* Possess product knowledge of the hardware industry in general
* Must have past experience in cutting glass and rescreening
* Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to multitask and provide attention to detail
* Able and willing to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays to meet the needs of the business
* Tasks involve the ability to exert moderate, though not constant physical effort, typically involving some combination of climbing and balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching and crawling.
* Ability to stand for an extended period of time
* Must be able to frequently lift loads up to 40 lbs. unassisted and over 40 pounds with assistance.
* Handle sharp tools with safety and expertise
* Pick up, move, deliver to customers' vehicles screens, pipe, glass
