Job DescriptionOverview:Join our dynamic team as a Repair Technician and play a crucial role in diagnosing and repairing cutting-edge electronic and electrical devices. This exciting position offers the opportunity to work with advanced technology, hone your technical skills, and contribute to customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct component-level diagnosis and repairs on CNC, servo/spindle drives, PLC, and other electronic/electrical equipment
- Disassemble units and perform unit setups
- Replace components and test equipment operability
- Clean units using ultrasonic cleaning systems
- Provide technical information to support the Customer Service Group
- Enter and maintain repair data in SAP and Salesforce systems
- Assist with troubleshooting and problem-solving
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors on complex repairs
- Adapt to changing priorities and workload as needed
Requirements:
- Associate's degree in electronic engineering or equivalent work experience
- Strong soldering and unsoldering skills
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings, datasheets, and schematics
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Team player with a flexible work style
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and access all areas of machinery
