We have a proven process that insures excellent results, so our process must be followed exactly as you will be taught.* Time management skills. You will have a daily schedule, but you will be responsible for communicating to us if you need more time. We will always work with you, but we will not micro-manage you.* Attention to detail* Good at working with your hands, whether that is in construction, manufacturing, cosmetology, or even a hobby* Having experience working in facilities maintenance can be very helpful* IT IS HELPFUL, BUT NOT MANDATORY TO HAVE AN INTEREST IN ART. COLOR MATCHING, AN EYE FOR COLOR, AND UNDERSTANDING/LEARNING COLOR THEORY IS A LARGE PART OF WHAT WE DO.
