- Receiving of RMA's (Return Material Authorizations)
- Review case log issues within computer system; navigate to research RMA history
- Disinfection of products which require proper OSHA precautions
- Mechanical evaluation of returned RMA's
- Visual inspection of reported issues
- Ability to diagnose and repair units which are returned
- Ability to use various assembly tools and test equipment and diagnostic programs
- Able to lift 30 pounds
- Ability to operate a forklift a plus
- Basic computer operations skills
- Standing for long periods of time

- Ability to multi-task
- Good time management skills
- Performs other duties as assigned
Work Experience Requirements:
- 2 years troubleshooting commercial or industrial products
- 3 years' experience working with and repairing dental or medical equipment preferred
Education Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent or related experience required
