We re seeking an experienced Repairs & Custom Design Coordinator to join our Production team in our Tribeca Flagship boutique.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role will be primarily responsible for processing fine jewelry repairs and custom orders, working closely with the jewelers with preparing estimates, communicating with clients and supporting the production team as needed. Under the direction of the Production Director you will build upon your jewelry knowledge by learning the true art of fine jewelry construction some say working at GSt is like getting a Master degree in fine jewelry! This role will be an integral part of our team and involves communication with all of our departments and clients.

**We are only seeking candidates with direct experience in a similar role; Candidate must have experience and depth of knowledge with jewelry construction and repairs***

Job Description

  • Managing all of the fine jewelry repairs including processing, pricing estimates, tracking and quality control checking all incoming/outgoing jewelry
  • Interacting directly with our experienced jewelers to provide repair estimates for clients
  • Communicating all repair estimates, photos and approvals with GSt clients; Answering questions and providing details and timelines
  • Sourcing and processing materials and gemstones
  • Facilitating the repair in-take process with clients when needed you love people and are an empathetic personality
  • Working closely with the sales team and facilitating custom design and jewelry restyle quotes.
  • Be the connector between the sales and production departments
  • Up for special projects as needed and sees these opportunities as a way to learn something new

Our dream person is someone who:

  • Comes from a similar background, and understands fine jewelry construction; 3-5 years experience in a similar role
  • Is a people person who loves interacting with clients both in person and virtually
  • Insanely organized. You love creating order and finding calm in the chaos, and have top notch computer skills to boot.
  • Is energetic and passionate. Expanding your horizons is your favorite thing to do. You learn quickly, and draw inspiration from a fast-paced environment.

Our Compensation Package includes:

  • Annual salary ($75k-$85k depending on experience)
