Reporting Analytics SpecialistType: Long-Term ContractWork Setting: Onsite (3-4 days per week onsite in Fort Worth, TX during training, w/ potential for more flexibility later)Location: Fort Worth, TXThis is a hybrid, hands-on technical role where you will collaborate closely with the development team, providing expertise across backend development, data pipelines, and analytics.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain scalable, secure backend systems with a focus on performance optimization and troubleshooting.Support initiatives to combine and analyze system data (SQL Server, SSIS, DB2, PostGres, Teradata) to deliver actionable insights.Plan and execute data research studies to evaluate component performance and system quality.Architect data pipelines, optimize stored procedures, and manage ETL processes.Work collaboratively with development teams, pointing them in the right direction as needed.Communicate technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders effectively.Operate within a 24/7 support environment, providing occasional after-hours support when critical.Must-Have Qualifications:6+ years of experience in C#/.NET development (ADO.NET, .NET Core).4+ years of experience with SQL Server, including SSIS and ETL processes.Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps/TFS/GIT.Proven ability to architect and maintain data pipelines and APIs.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex technical issues.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, agile environment.Nice-to-Have Skills:Experience with Tableau, Kafka, RabbitMQ, or other messaging systems.Exposure to Python, PowerBI, or cloud solutions (Azure/AWS).Familiarity with database design, dimensional modeling, and data analytics.Work Details:Onsite Requirement: 3-4 days per week onsite in Fort Worth, TX during training, with potential for more flexibility later.Schedule: Standard Monday - Friday hours; rare after-hours support.Environment: Collaborative, non-supervisory role in a supportive team structure.
