Job Description:
Vertical Relevance is looking for a Project Manager to join our team as a full-time employee and work remotely but needs to be flexible to work in multiple time zones. As a Project Manager, you will implement solutions as part of a team for customer engagements. This role requires strong teamwork, communication, patience, and organization skills needed to drive customer success.   • 5+ years of Project Management experience within Financial Services.
  • Experience working on large regulatory compliance.
  • Experience with projects involving MRAs, MRIAs, and Consent Order actions and /or risk management.
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
  • 2+ years of Management Consulting experience.
  • Highly skilled in collaborating with project stakeholders to deliver planned outcomes and meet program goals.
  • Required experience with MS Project, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Hands-on project management execution experience.
  • Well-versed in industry best practices.
  • Provide core PM support for initiative(s) or functional area(s) and drive execution of projects.
  • Create and manage project plans, drive tasks to successful completion, and hold stakeholders responsible.
  • Prepare weekly Program status report.
  • Work within Excel to combine Master and status data.
  • Must have Excel literacy: Formulas; VLOOKUP; Pivot tables.
  • Perform outreach and challenge to PMs on reported status.
  • Export data from the Project Server in Excel format.
  • Prepare executive and board reports and dashboards (project status, exec summary for project and portfolio levels).
  • Project Server Plan maintenance and validation.
  • Validation of core fields.
  • Execute Change management as per client rules.
  • Validation of PM reported status matches project status.
  • Manage a reg remediation project (i.e., PM and MRA/MRIA through execution validation and sustainability).
