Here at Kuehne+Nagel, our Los Angeles is looking for a new Requirement Engineering and Systems Support Manager tojoin our Sea Logistics team.Your RoleAs our Requirement Engineering and Systems Support Manager supporting the Sea Logistics Business Unit, you will be responsible for governing GSC activities in the Americas to manage and execute all related activities. You will manage a team of systems experts, supporting with documentation and business process modeling in compliance with our company standards.Your Responsibilities
- Ensure governance of our GSC catalogue and act as gate keeper between the individual countries and GSC from an Americas perspective.
- Work closely with process and systems teams to improve productivity, data quality and cost of file by transferring appropriate tasks from the countries to the GSC.
- Drive process improvement, process re-engineering and support the implementation of transferred tasks.
- Help and support countries with operational procedures relating to any transferred tasks into the GSC.
- Apply project management to ensure controlled and structured implementations, as well as assist in planning and execution of project tasks.
- Work closely with our Americas team on systems, processes, implementations, and training in order to optimize operational processes.Your Skills and Experiences
- Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or other related field beneficial.
- PMP, Agile, or other project management certification beneficial.
- 5+ years experience in systems support.
- 3+ years experience in the supply chain industry.
- 2+ years experience managing 2+ direct reports.
- Experience with business process modeling in a matrix environment highly preferred.

Base salary is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and welfare benefits, a 401k retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, and incentive compensation for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
