About the Department and/or College
The Research Administrator I supports faculty and staff through pre-award review of research and other proposals to federal, state, foundation, and industry sponsors. We are looking for someone who thrives in a team-oriented environment, has an eye for detail and is up for learning the complexities of a wide range of sponsors and proposals. Pre-award research administration experience is preferred, but we welcome applications from anyone with excellent time management skills, oral and written communication skills, and the ability to draft proposal budgets and is a great team player. Remote work is an option for those with 2+ years of direct experience in pre-award research administration.
Major/Essential Functions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and 1 year experience OR combination of education and experience to equal 5 years.
