The Washington, DC Economic Partnership (WDCEP), a non-profit, public-private partnership that focuses on facilitating economic development on behalf of the District of Columbia has an opening for a full-time Research Analyst.
WDCEP, through its business attraction and expansion programs, promotes DC nationally and internationally to attract businesses and support local entrepreneurs. WDCEP's research plays a vital role in helping the public and private sectors make informed investment decisions. In addition, the Research Analyst will have an opportunity to work with the corporate attraction and marketing teams on various projects.
An ideal candidate is detailed-orientated and exhibits excellent communication (written & verbal), organizational, and project management skills. The Research Analyst is expected to be a leading resource and “knowledge broker” for DC's development and business climate. This position offers the opportunity to understand the city at a macro- and micro-level and develop relationships with both the public and private sectors.

Experience & Requirements
Skills: Writing, Analytics, GIS (preferably Esri), Salesforce, Microsoft Office, public speaking.
Salary & Compensation: $60,000 – $65,000 (depending on qualifications) + benefits (e.g. health, dental, 401k, life, gym membership, work from home min. 1 day per week)
