responsibilities:

In this role, you will focus on Materials and Sample Management support for the Analytical Science and Technology department.

+ As part of the Analytical Science & Technology team, your primary responsibilities will be as follows:

+ Responsible for aliquoting and inventory management of consumables, samples, reference materials for the AS&T laboratory.

+ Responsible for coordinating shipments - internally, externally, internationally.

+ Responsible for working with Analytical Development, Analytical Technical Operations, and Quality Control groups on material needs and inventory.

+ Additional duties as may be assigned from time to time

qualifications:

+ Minimum education required: Associate's degree in a relevant scientific discipline.

+ Minimum experience required: 0-2 years relevant experience in sample management in a GLP/GMP laboratory setting.

+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office Programs

+ Demonstrated ability to work effectively under established guidelines and instructions

+ Ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic, cross-functional matrix environment.

+ Ability to efficiently prioritize and complete multiple projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
