  • Prepare and handle biological samples, such as proteins, nucleic acids, and other biomolecules, ensuring high-quality experimental outcomes.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to test and refine device performance using biologically relevant samples.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed experimental records, analyze data, and contribute to technical reports and presentations.
  • Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, including biosensors and other analytical tools.
  • Participate in troubleshooting and problem-solving efforts to enhance platform performance and experimental workflows.
  • Stay informed about emerging scientific trends and technologies to integrate novel approaches into research activities.
  • Adhere to laboratory safety standards and contribute to the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or a related field.
  • Experience:
  • 1–3 years of experience in a research or R&D laboratory setting (academic or industry).
  • Hands-on experience with molecular biology techniques (e.g., protein purification, ELISA, fluorescence assays) is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to process and interpret experimental data.
  • Proficiency with laboratory software for data collection and analysis.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with biosensor technologies, such as Surface Plasmon Resonance (SPR) or other label-free detection methods.
  • Experience in assay optimization and validation for research or industrial applications.
  • Knowledge of kinetics and thermodynamics of molecular interactions.
  • Understanding of product development workflows in the context of molecular analysis tools.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary and benefits package.
  • Opportunities for professional growth and development in a dynamic startup environment.
  • Collaboration with a passionate, multidisciplinary team at the cutting edge of molecular interaction analysis.
  • The chance to contribute to a transformative technology with broad applications.
