Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Research Associate I (Agriculture). The Research Associate will be responsible for conducting research and analysis related to agricultural production, using analytical skills to interpret data and communicate findings effectively. They will also collaborate with the team to improve and optimize agricultural processes and economics. Summer involves extensive travel (May to Sept) of up to 75% of the time. Winter involves data analytics and helping grow the tools the company utilizes to advance the industry.

Qualifications

• Agricultural Production and Agriculture skills
• Analytical Skills and Economics knowledge
• Effective communication skills
• Experience in agricultural research is a plus
• Associates or Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Science, or related field
• Less than 3 years experience post graduation
• Technology savvy
• Ability to pass the Part 107 within 7 business days of joining aerialPLOT
• Must live in Missouri
