About the Role
Based in Charlotte or Raleigh, the company is seeking a Research Associate to join our commercial real estate development program. Our training program provides opportunity for individuals to obtain industry experience working in a research and data services role while preparing for a career within the organization's collaborative platform. Working under the guidance of the East Research Vice President, the candidate will collect, update, analyze and present commercial real estate data for the Charlotte and Raleigh/Durham office and industrial markets, as well as support the East research team. The successful candidate will be invited and challenged to assist in and learn all aspects of their business, but with a specific focus on market research, data, and analytics. Upon successful completion of the 24-month training period, the trainee will transition to a professional role in one of the firm's many disciplines.
