At IRI, we know that our success is directly tied to our clients' success.Job Descriptionâ ¢ Candidate will perform bio-functional assays in support of vaccine developmentâ ¢ The incumbent will perform biological assays, including but not limited to neutralization assays & ELISAsâ ¢ To monitor the immune responses elicited by various vaccine candidate s in support of pre-clinical studies & clinical trialsâ ¢ Incumbent will carry out specific laboratory experiments specific to the monitoring of humoral and/or cellular immune responses to various candidate vaccine antigens.â ¢ Analyze immune responses to vaccine candidates using techniques that include (but not limited to) various tissue culture techniques, ELISA, & neutralization assays.â ¢ Interpret & summarize experimental data.â ¢ Generate, characterize, & qualify reagents used to perform necessary assays & supports maintenance of laboratory supplies.â ¢ Satisfactorily completes all cGMP/GLP & safety training in conformance with department requirements.â ¢ Where applicable performs job responsibilities in compliance with cGMP/GLP & other regulatory agency requirements.â ¢ Present experimental results at group meetings, Maintain Laboratory notebooks in compliance with the client Laboratory Notebook Policy.Qualificationsâ ¢ BS/MS in any science related field with 1-3 years of related experience#J-18808-Ljbffr
