Candidates should have a strong agricultural background and experience operating farm equipment. This role requires flexibility for extended hours during planting and harvest seasons, along with effective verbal and written communication skills. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, able to work effectively in a diverse, team-oriented environment, and capable of completing tasks with minimal supervision. **Position Details:** - **Job Type:** Temporary, lasting 6 to 9 months with potential for contract extension - **Education:** Minimum Associate degree; Graduate students in Agriculture, Science, or Engineering preferred - **Experience:** - 1 year in Agriculture - 1 year in Farm Machinery Operation **Key Responsibilities:** - Perform trial maintenance activities, including plot layout, stand counts, maintenance sprays, and hand-weeding - Mix and weigh chemicals as required for trials - Collect and document samples - Set up and maintain irrigation systems - Assist in completing regulatory trials following Stewardship and QMS requirements
