What's a typical day as a Research Program Administrator? You'll be: Developing, implementing, and maintaining the efficient operation of the ADC research program. Coordinating all aspects of the ADC research program, including administration, implementation, communication, resource and asset management. Making independent decisions within a delegated area of authority and exercising leadership in the management of support services. This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Have a 2-year associate degree or 3 years of related experience. Have a passion for learning and providing output by asking questions, solving problems, and challenging the status quo. Can collaborate within the team and across other groups to gain required information to complete daily operations. Can confidently make autonomous decisions to facilitate smooth research operations within company guidelines.
