The Research Program Manager will work under the Program Directors guidance to oversee multiple large, multi-center, and multi-program international research projects. The role includes managing all phases of project operations, such as administration, budgeting, staff supervision, protocol development, data quality, training, and regulatory compliance. The manager will exercise independent judgment while leading the research team, handling recruitment, performance reviews, and other personnel tasks.
