A Research Scholar position is available at the University at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine with Dr. Zhibin Cuis research team. The scholarly research activities will consist of: Mammalian cell culture, PCR, immunoblotting. CRISP - Ri screening in vitro and in vivo Mice working including: drug treatment, tumor measurement, image, transgenic mice breeding and genotyping; Transient transfection, lentiviral infection, stable line generation; Molecular cloning: Gateway, Gibson, sg. RNA et al; Flowcytometry: multiple channel FACS analysis, immune profiling; Bioinformatic analysis: Python, R, datamining, et al. Outstanding Benefits Package.
