Position Summary

The Pillon Lab is seeking a Research Technician I. The lab's research program lies at the intersect of structural biology, biochemistry, molecular biology, and RNA biology. The candidate will carry out routine laboratory procedures such as biochemical preparations, molecular biology procedures, and cell culture. They will also have roles in lab ordering and maintenance of lab inventory.

Minimum Qualifications

* Education in biology, chemistry, structural biology, or related field.

* One year experience directly related to the research or program.

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in biological sciences

* Two or more years of experience with biochemistry or equivalent laboratory work

Physical Demands Salary Range $33,481 - $45,000 Additional Salary Information The salary range reflects our good faith and reasonable estimate of the possible compensation at the time of posting, the role and associated responsibilities, and the experience, education, and training of the selected candidate. Work Hours

40 hours per week
