Position Summary
The Pillon Lab is seeking a Research Technician III. The lab's research program lies at the intersect of structural biology, biochemistry, molecular biology, and RNA biology. The candidate will be expected to coordinate with others in the laboratory to carry out experiments that require their experience and high level of training to include routine and advanced laboratory procedures such as biochemical preparations, molecular biology procedures, and cell culture. They will assist in the training of other technicians in the laboratory on processes and procedures necessary for the project.

Minimum Qualifications
* Associate's degree or higher college level courses in biological sciences (preferred) or equivalent.
* Four years of experience with biochemistry or equivalent laboratory work.
* Demonstrated working knowledge in operating experimental and unique equipment.
Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in biological sciences.
* Two years of experience with RNA biology or structural biology laboratory work.
Physical Demands Salary Range $39,015 - $50,000 Additional Salary Information The salary range reflects our good faith and reasonable estimate of the possible compensation at the time of posting, the role and associated responsibilities, and the experience, education, and training of the selected candidate.
