Specific assignments are received from superior officers and are carried out in accordance with established rules and procedures. Work is reviewed through reports, inspection and observation of results obtained. A Reserve Officer is required to work at least sixteen hours per quarter to include attendance of quarterly Reserve meetings and required training.
