- Implement the residential curriculum by creating developmental experiences designed to achieve the educational outcomes for the community.
- Recruit, select, train, supervise and evaluate various student staff positions which may include but is not limited to graduate residents, resident assistants, community services assistants and summer conference staff.
- Serve as an advisor for community council by recruiting students, training student officers/representatives and managing funds.
- Respond through personal contact with students, parents, faculty, administrators and other stakeholders to resolve problems, answer questions, and clarify policy.
- Complete administrative duties in a timely, thorough, and accurate manner in accordance with established expectations.

- Coordinate follow up with residents involved in incidents and/or cases of concern.
