Our extended stay hotel with 3 floors, 135 suites and 3 meeting rooms offers the home away from home experience to our guests.We are currently looking for an Engineer (Maintenance).This is a full-time position that requires associates to work AM and/or PM shifts including weekends (open availability needed).This position is responsible for assisting to oversee the operation, repair and maintenance of all buildings, machinery and equipment of the property. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- 1 + years experience in customer service
- 1-4 years previous maintenance experience preferred in a multi-unit environment such as hotels or other multi-unit facility
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Relevant military experience in a comparable capacity
- Clean DMV record
- HVAC certification a plus
