Posting DetailsPosition InformationJob Title Residency Support Coordinator Department Internal Medicine - 31510 Pay Grade 7 Job Category Support Staff Job Summary The Department of Internal Medicine at ETSU's Quillen College of Medicine is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Residency Support Coordinator to join our team. In this essential role, you will provide vital clerical support to the residency program administrator and program director, playing a key part in the success of our residency program.As the Residency Support Coordinator, you will work collaboratively with staff, faculty, and residents to coordinate various aspects of the program, including academic half-days, recruitment efforts, simulation lab activities, graduation events, and new resident orientation. Your organizational skills will shine as you manage duty hours, track leave balances, and schedule wellness activities for our residents, fostering a supportive and enriching environment.You will also be responsible for maintaining important databases and managing our social media accounts to enhance communication within the program. Additionally, you will create meeting minutes, prepare weekly newsletters, and present reports during program meetings, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and engaged.This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the development of future healthcare leaders while working in a collaborative and dynamic environment.The value of employment at ETSU goes far beyond salary. Required Qualifications
  • Education:
    • High School Diploma
  • Experience:
    • Two (2) or more years of clerical experience in the medical field, an administrative role, or higher education
