Job Description:
$1000 Sign On Bonus for Part Time!! As a Resident Aide for Lenape Valley Foundation, you would be assisting our residents in The BARN program. The BARN program is a licensed residence with therapeutic supports. You will follow a team model to assist up to 9 residents with mental health challenges. Residents live in a large beautifully renovated barn, located in a park setting with walking trails! Available Shifts:
  • Sunday 12am - 8am
  • Saturday/Sunday 8am - 4pm
  • On-Call | PRN Shifts Available
What You'll Do:
  • Assist residents with mental health challenges
  • Monitor medication
  • Coordinate activities and programs to ensure that progress goals are achieved
  • Maintain site cleanliness
  • Provide transportation for residents and support for program activities throughout the community

What You Offer:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Ability to view all residents with Unconditional Positive Regard

  • Computer proficiency
    • Experience using Electronic Health Records strongly preferred
