Smith Crossing's Nursing team as a Resident Assistant may be a great fit for you!Job Duties include:* Completion of all tasks related to resident care and unit operation* Encouraging resident's independence and participation in social activities* Observing and reporting changes in resident's conditions* Providing compassionate services and guidance to the residents* Provides daily personal hygiene and care* Charts electronically and on sheets (as needed) at appropriate times and at completion of tasks* Ensures all supplies are adequately accounted for and maintains charge book as directed.
