ITLE Resident AssistantJOB GOALREPORTS TOAn RA is responsible for providing supervision of around 70 high schoolstudents between 7th and 12th gradeResidential Life CoordinatorPerformance Responsibilities & Expectations:•Duty coverage to sign students in and out of the dorm•Host educational/recreational programs monthly•Supervise, study hall and coed lounge•Roll call at night•Van runs for groceries and outings•Supporting clean and safe community (weekly room and refrigeratorinspections, nightly lounges and halls)•Overnight duty in the dorms (one staff member for boys, one for girls)Compensation:•Free housing with a private room (communal bathroom and use of kitchen appliances inlounge areas)•Free internet and cable•Free meals from the cafeteria when school is in session•Free parking at the Boutwell Parking Deck•Stipend of 8,000 a year (disbursed over 12 months)Applicant Requirements:•Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license•Pass a background check.•Education level is not a factor as long as they fit the criteria.•Comfortable with working with young students and implementing dormitory policy.•Prior experience in student housing or working with students preferred.Service Term: Ten months.
