Treat all information aboutresidents, their condition, and family as confidential informationComply with established policies and procedures and maintainestablished standards and practicesAssist with or provide personal hygiene care,including bathing, shaving, changing clothing, nail care, and toilet needsEnsure residents have clean, dry linen andmake beds as neededSupport proper resident nutrition during mealand snack timesPerform resident treatments as assigned bythe Head Nurse and within the nursing scope of practiceAccurately observe, record, and reportchanges in resident condition or needs to the Head NurseActively participate in the planning ofresident carePromote activities of daily living accordingto the resident's service planConduct resident lifts and transfersaccording to the resident's service plan and the Lift Free ProgramPerform other functions asdirected by the supervisorQualifications:

Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds of resident weight and/ortransfer and reposition residents at least 25 times throughout the shift. Mustbe capable of quick and decisive reactions in emergencies and in response tounexpected resident behavior during lifting, repositioning, or other directcontact situations. Must be able to physically transfer residents to saferlocations in the event of a fire or other emergencies. Ability to performsequential events/tasks efficiently.
