* Full-time: 80 hours biweekly: 5:00AM-1:30PM
* Part-time: 5:00AM-1:30PM, 1:30PM-10:00PM, and 10:30PM-7:00AM
* Positions require every other weekend & holiday
* POOL as needed positions
The Resident Assistant in Personal Care provides direct care for residents in a manner that maintains their dignity and well-being. This position will be performed in accordance with TANDEM LIVING Core Values, Mission Statement, and regulations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
U.S. High School diploma or equivalent required.Current CPR Certification or the ability to become CPR certified.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Addresses the personal hygiene needs of residents. Provides incontinent care as needed.Assists in transporting residents who require assistance.Distributes food trays, makes beds, and answers call bells. Keeps resident's room neat and tidy.Completes and documents vital signs, weights, and heights of residents.Monitors and reports health changes of residents.
