This employee performs a full range of resident care aide assignments serving as a role model to maintain a clean and safe environment, providing nursing assistance, working with patients to carry out specific plans of care, maintaining related records for patients with mental and physical disabilities. Must be available for mandatory overtime. This is a Drug and Alcohol-tested (DART) position under the criteria provided in the collective bargaining unit agreement.
