As a Resident Care Associate , your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.Shift: 2:30pm - 7:30pmSchedule: varies, weekdays & weekendsResponsibilities Duties & Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to:
- Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
- Assisting residents during meal times
- Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
- Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
- Other duties as needed.
Requirements
- Valid CNA license
- Valid HHA certificate
- Valid PCA certificate
- Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred
- Previous experience working with people with dementia is preferred
