We are currently seeking an energetic and dedicated Resident Care Aide

Schedule: Part Time or Per Diem - All Shifts

Salary: $15.50 - $16.50 per hour, based on experience

Shift differential for evenings, nights and weekends

$1,200 sign-on bonus!

Resident Care Aide Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting our memory impaired residents to complete tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing while maintaining the residents dignity and promoting their independence
  • Ensure compliance and understanding of all regulations regarding residents rights
  • Maintain and document proper records of care
  • Immediately report changes in residents condition to the supervisor: evidence of illness, changes in behavior, personal care needs not being met, medication issues, residents whereabouts unknown, etc.
  • Promote and encourage residents to participate in community activities

Resident Care Aide Education & Experience:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
  • Certified Nursing Assistant-CNA, Home Health Aide-HHA, or Personal Care Aide-PCA certification preferred or as required by law
  • One year working in a care giving capacity preferred
  • Compassion for and desire to work with the elderly required
