Resident Care Assistant Job Description We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Resident Care Assistant (RCA) to join our team at our assisted living facility. As an RCA, you will be responsible for assisting residents with their daily living activities, including using the toilet, bathing, washing, and dressing. You will also help with recreational and social activities, and provide assistance to residents with limited mobility by helping them walk or transporting them in wheelchairs. Our company will match all competitor's wage.
