Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Resident Care Assistant/CNA at Dream Catcher Senior Care Communities in Jackson, Ga. We are seeking a compassionate caregiver to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide direct support and assistance to residents in a caring and respectful manner.

Duties:

- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents

- Ensure resident rights are respected at all times

- Help residents with mobility, including lifting and transferring

- Administer first aid when necessary

Requirements:

- Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred

- Knowledge of working with people with developmental disabilities is a plus

- Ability to lift and move residents safely

- Familiarity with resident rights and regulations governing assisted living facilities

- Strong communication skills and empathy towards residents' needs

- Certification in First Aid and CPR is desirable

-Certification as Nursing Assistant (CNA) is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36-40 per week
