As a Resident Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing assistance with activities of daily living to our residents, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.Responsibilities:- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting- Provide medication reminders and assist with medication administration as directed by the nurse- Assist with meal service and ensure residents are receiving proper nutrition- Monitor residents for changes in condition and report any concerns to the nurse- Provide companionship and emotional support to residents- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residentsRequirements:- High school diploma or equivalent- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening- Must have a compassionate and caring attitude towards seniors- Must be able to work as part of a team- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skillsPreferred Qualifications:- Experience working in an assisted living or long-term care settingWe offer competitive pay and benefits packages, as well as opportunities for career advancement within our organization.
