Limited Full-Time AM Openings AM: 6:00am-10:00am | 6:45am-12:45pm | 6:45am-3:15pm | 7:00am-1:00pm | 7:00am-2:00pm | 8:00am-12:00pm PM: 1:00pm - 8:30pm | 3:00pm-11:15pm | 4:30-8:30pm | 5:00pm-10:00pm | 6:00pm-10:00pm | 7:00pm-11:00pm NOC: 10:45pm-6:45am | 11:00pm-7:00am Resident CareAssistant Eagle Crest Communities is seeking a Resident Care AssistantIn this role to support the residents in our assisted living, high acuity or memorycare apartments. This High Acuity apartments are designed to accommodatethose whose needs are greater than care available in a traditional assistedliving environment yet do not require skilled nursing care. Here, we have arange of residents that are independent to others who require mechanical lifts,assistance with medication administration, and other activities of daily living. Our Memory Care Units are designed to provide care andsupport to older adults who experience memory impairment. Here, we have a rangeof residents that are independent, to others who require mechanical lifts,assistance with medication administration, and other activities of dailyliving. What You'll Do
  • Assist residents with personal cares, dailyactivities while helping them maintain as much independence and dignity aspossible
  • Provide dressing, bathing and bathroomassistance
  • Transport residents to meals and activities,documentation of daily care, and a variety of other tasks
  • Communicate and interact with residents, theirfamilies, and other departments to create an environment that focuses onresident safety and well-being
What You'll Need
  • Previous direct care experience, preferred
  • Certified Nursing Assistant training and/orexperience (any State), preferred
  • CBRF Certification, preferred
Our Wages
  • Our starting wages are between $17.50 and$21.50+ per hour, based on your experience and qualifications
  • We also offer a $3.00 NOC, $1.25 PM, $ 2.00 weekendshift differential, and incentive pay
  • We pay for performance! Performance reviews 3-6months after you start and again at least annually
  • Certifications are not required - we will trainthe right fit for our team!
Qualifications forHigher Starting Pay
  • Certified Nursing Assistant training (in anystate)
  • CNA, Resident Care, or Home Health Experience
  • CBRF Certification(s)
