With an unmatched standard of excellence, the community becomes more than a building, it becomes a home.Primary responsibilities include, but not limited to:Works as part of a team to create an environment that encourages resident involvement and personal growthDelivery of exceptional care in a community environmentAssessment and implementation of programming that will mirror normal life activities of residents (to include the upkeep and management of personal living space)Mentally and emotionally engaging their interest and assist them in recapturing the value of community lifePossession of a valid Texas Certified Nurse Assistant certification preferred and/or experience in a memory unitHigh school graduate or equivalent is desiredExperience with an aging populationKnowledge/ability to learn computer skills
