In this role, you will oversee our team of Resident Assistants, monitor staffing levels to ensure our shifts are filled, and schedule your team while adhering to budgeted hours. This position is responsible for ensuring that our residents receive the highest quality of care from our team of Resident Assistants. You will monitor Individualized Care Plans and Daily Assignment Sheets and also step in when necessary to assist with resident care.Schedule Varies: This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday with hours that fall between 8:30am and 6:30pm; hours vary depending on supervisory and staffing needs across shifts.
