We are currently seeking an energetic and dedicated Resident Care Coordinator.Resident Care Coordinator Responsibilities include:
- Supervise, develop, and schedule all resident care department staff providing day to day care of the residents according to PSL policies, procedures, and standards
- Ensures proper orientation training of new/existing resident care department staff and ensure that completed documentation is reflective of this
- Serves as a team member in recruiting, screening, and interviewing of all resident care department staff
- Responsible for appropriate staffing levels needed to meet the needs of the facility and state guidelines, to including filling in for staff during unexpected shortages
- Administer medications as allowed per state specific and PSL guidelines when required.
Resident Care Coordinator Education & Experience:
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), preferred
- Bachelor's Degree with major course work in human services and one year of full-time work experience in a related field or
- Associates degree with major course work in human services and three years of full-time work experience in a related field or
- High school diploma or equivalency plus 5 years related experience required.
- Experience and knowledge in all aspects of senior living, preferred
