Rolling Meadows of Strum Assisted Living & Memory Care is accepting applications for a Resident Care Providers / Caregivers. Looking for: PT/FT for AM/PM/NOC shifts Wages up to $19/hr depending on experience Full-time hours, Part Time, Per Diem, offered PTO (per Policy)Responsibilities: Caregivers are responsible for providing services to Memory Care residents including:
- Provide quality of care by following the care plan (dressing, grooming, nutrition, change of bed linens, incontinence/toileting, transfers (lift and non-lift), bathing, hygiene, medication administration)
- Understand electronic charting and able to follow/carryout resident's ISP's (care plans)
- Follow policy & procedures, DHS rules & regulations
- Promote residents' independence
- Dietary services, Cleaning, Laundry, Activities
Wages and Benefits:
- Hourly wage: $16-$18
- Immediate Openings, 8-hour shifts (6a-2p , 2p-10p 10p-6a), FT/PT/per diem
- Hours are weekdays, nights, weekends, and OT
- PT: 0-32 hours/week
- FT: 32-40 hours/week (Work 3 days and have 4 days off)

Qualifications: Required Qualifications
- Pre-employment Criminal and Caregiver Background Check
- The ability to work a full shift, come to work on time and work overtime as needed
- The ability to work according to the necessary schedule to meet job requirements with or without reasonable accommodation
- Adhere to health and safety standards
- Must be Reliable and have transportation
