Pay Grade: 18

Reports To: District Manager

Salary: $111,500 to $130,000

Other Forms of Compensation: Bonus

Job Summary

Working as a Resident District Manager (RDM), you will serve as our point of contact for the client as well as lead the team and manage the overall operation. You will provide planning and direction within your account to achieve operational and financial goals in a dynamic environment. You will also maintain strong client relationships and work to fulfill our mission.

* Commitment to food safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance (e.g., HACCP, ServSafe certification).

2. Leadership and Team Management:

* Ability to recruit, train, and mentor culinary and operational staff.

* Strong leadership to inspire teams and foster a positive work environment.

3. Operational Management:

* Expertise in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.

* Experience managing vendor relationships, inventory, and supply chain logistics.

* Ability to oversee daily operations to ensure consistency in food quality and service standards.

4. Client and Customer Relations:

* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to maintain client satisfaction.

* Ability to tailor services to meet client needs while staying within budget constraints.

5. Strategic Planning and Innovation:

* Strong business acumen to identify growth opportunities, improve efficiencies, and implement innovative culinary programs.

* Experience in marketing and promotional strategies to increase customer engagement.

6. Problem-Solving:

* Ability to resolve operational challenges effectively and implement improvements.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in large-scale catering operations.

* Proficiency in relevant inventory management tools.

* Bilingual skills, can be an advantage.
