We are located at 3508 Washington Road in Kenosha, Wisconsin, adjacent to Brookside Care Center. We can serve up to 24 individuals with advanced age and/or dementia/Alzheimer's disease and those 55 years and older.Our mission is to maintain our residents' independence and individuality by providing care and assistance in a supervised setting that looks and feels like home. Our level of service is greater than basic room and board and less than skilled nursing care. We offer a complete line of services, which include help with medications, bathing, dressing, incontinence care, activities of daily living, social and leisure activities, and help with getting transportation to appointments and community activities.
