About the Role:As a Resident Engagement Coordinator in our Educational Services industry, you will be responsible for fostering a sense of community and engagement among our residents. You will work closely with our residents to understand their needs and interests, and develop programs and events that promote socialization, learning, and personal growth. Your ultimate goal will be to create a welcoming and inclusive environment that enhances the quality of life for our residents.Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 2+ years of experience in event planning or community engagement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with older adults
- Knowledge of educational programming and curriculum development
- Experience with budget management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement programs and events that promote resident engagement and socialization
- Collaborate with residents to understand their needs and interests
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful execution of programs and events
