What You'll Be Doing:
As a Residential Experience Coordinator, you will key in ensuring exceptional resident satisfaction and retention by delivering an outstanding move-in experience, addressing resident concerns, and fostering strong community engagement. You'll be at the forefront of creating a remarkable living experience, with a focus on building lasting relationships and enhancing customer loyalty.
- Responds to resident inquiries and escalates issues to management as needed for resolution
- Introduces new residents to the community, guiding them through the pre-move-in process and setting up their orientation
- Conducts move-in orientations, explains apartment features, and ensures completion of the Move-In Checklist
- Follows up with new residents within a week of move-in to address any concerns
- Manages move-out inspections, ensuring proper key return and apartment condition
- Plans and coordinates resident events, and works with the concierge team to maintain high service standard
- Conducts community inspections, interacts with residents regularly, and ensures amenity areas are well-maintained
What You'll Need to Thrive:
- Customer service experience preferred
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver's License
- Computer literacy and effective communication skills
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
- Smartphone
Salary: $24.62 - $30.09 / Hour
Employees are eligible for overtime pay and performance incentives
