This position is for a full-time Resident Services Coordinator to work at Eastern Park Apartments, a 201-unit affordable senior housing community in San Francisco, CA. This is a HUD and a Tax Credit property. Qualified candidates will have 1-2 years of social work experience and/or activities coordination for seniors and/or families. Valid Drivers License, clean DMV record and reliable transportation are required. Salary range: $24.00 -$36.00 per hour; hiring range for new employees is generally $24.00-$30.00 per hour, DOE. Please note an offer will take into consideration the experience of the final candidate and the current salary level of individuals working at EAH in a similar role.

POSITION OVERVIEW
Assists residents by connecting them with existing social services provided by public agencies or private practitioners within the community. Examines the needs for on-site services and explores ways programs and services can be brought to the property. Engages in using a trauma-informed approach to service delivery and developing community relationships. Understands and supports EAH's mission and core values.

CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECK REQUIREMENTS
EAH Housing conducts criminal background checks on all candidates who have received a conditional job offer. Once you have received such an offer, you will be required to submit and pass our criminal background requirements.
