This position responds to problems and complaints from residents regarding the quality of their technological systems (such as computers and phones). In addition to solving current problems, IT Support Analyst - Resident provides feedback and insight for improving technologies to avoid problems in the future or to improve technology-related performance for residents. A typical day includes managing work orders for TV, Internet, and Tech Support, visiting resident sites when technical issues cannot be resolved remotely, ensuring all time related to work orders is accounted for and billed appropriately, and reaching out to vendors such as Cox for any service/hardware related issues. Also handles all move-ins / move-outs setups for Cox, submits trouble tickets with third party vendors (Cox, Vicom, etc.). This position reports to the Director of Technology Operations.Education and/or Experience: Associate degree from an accredited school or a minimum of 3 years of equivalent experience.* Great organizational and interpersonal skills* Very detail oriented and a quick learner* Ability to multi-task and prioritize* A+ Certification or equivalent* Bachelor's degree in a related field is a bonus, but not requiredSpecifically requesting:*
