Job Type Full-time Description SUMMARY: Provides banking and bookkeeping services to individuals and provides in-service trainings related to individual fiscal matters. Performs administrative and secretarial services for Residential Services.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.Maintains residents' personal allowance, savings accounts, and burial accounts via banking. Deposits money into individual accounts as requested. Prepares monthly reports for savings account balances, and quarterly/yearly reports for burial accounts. Withdraws money from accounts as requested by Residence Managers for house accounts and individuals spending on a weekly basis. Maintains file of receipts and logs Request for Withdrawals weekly. Reviews residents' monthly Personal Allowance Ledgers to assure procedures are followed. Documents findings and alerts the Residential Service Program Coordinator.
