The Residential Aide will be the primary connection between the operations staff and the clients. The residential aide will spend a large amount of time with the residents. They will spend this time helping clients who need more hands-on assistance. They will also provide insight to the current atmosphere in the facility and what are the current client complaints or recommendations.
