Post Date Thursday, August 24th, 2023 Job Description Foxfire Property Management, a Concord, NH based company founded in 1981, is seeking an experienced residential condominium portfolio manager. The manager will manage a portfolio of 5-6 properties with an approximate total of x condominium units. The manager has overall responsibility for the management of the associations including budget preparation and financial management, oversight of maintenance and contractors, handling of administrative matters, and primary interface with the Boards of Directors. The Manager will be assisted by one or more assistant property managers.The right candidate will be an organizational wizard with strong analytical and communication skills and able to manage multiple and complex operational matters daily. This candidate will have superior written and oral communication skills, strong financial management skills and be proficient at working with contractors.Interested applicants must have favorable results on the criminal background check, drug test (we no longer test for marijuana) and a pre-employment physical.IREM CPM certification or similar CAI certifications preferred but not mandatory.
